OSHA's final rule on injury and illness recordkeeping requires establishments with 100 or more employees in high-hazard industries to electronically submit their OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report data annually in addition to the previously required 300A Summary. This enhances OSHA's ability to identify emerging hazards, target inspections more effectively, and enable public and researcher access to establishment-specific injury data. Covered high-hazard industries include construction, manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, and oil and gas extraction.
