Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 – National Occupational Safety & Health Strategy 2025–2030

As part of the Vision 2030 reforms, Saudi Arabia has launched its National OSH Strategy 2025–2030, targeting a 50% reduction in workplace fatalities and a 30% reduction in occupational diseases by 2030. Key pillars of the strategy include mandatory OSH management systems for all large enterprises (500+ employees), a new digital incident reporting platform (SEHA), expanded occupational health services for expatriate workers, mandatory HSE competency requirements for project managers in construction and oil and gas sectors, and a national recognition program for zero-incident workplaces.
