Safe Usage Guidelines
- ✓ Set blade depth to 6mm more than material thickness
- ✓ Ensure blade guard retracts freely and returns after each cut
- ✓ Use a sharp blade – dull blades increase kickback risk
- ✓ Support both sides of the cut to prevent binding
- ✓ Wear P2 dust mask, safety glasses, and hearing protection
- ✓ Keep hands away from the cutting line at all times
- ✓ Never reach under the material being cut
- ✓ Disconnect power before adjusting depth or bevel

- ✗ Setting blade depth too deep – increases kickback risk
- ✗ Cutting freehand without a guide or fence
- ✗ Not supporting the offcut – causes blade binding
- ✗ Using a wobble or damaged blade
- ✗ No dust mask when cutting MDF or treated timber
