Safe Usage Guidelines
- ✓ Verify hydraulic hose connections are secure and leak-free before use
- ✓ Use only reaction arms and support structures rated for the torque output
- ✓ Never place hands near the reaction arm during operation
- ✓ Bleed system pressure before disconnecting hoses
- ✓ Ensure correct socket size and engagement on fastener
- ✓ Follow manufacturer torque settings and do not exceed rated capacity
- ✓ Wear leather gloves and safety glasses as minimum PPE
- ✓ Two-person operation recommended for high-torque applications
